This system includes a 1 inch stainless steel by-pass, 1 cu. ft. of Jacobi CX-MCA catalytic carbon, one sleeve of gravel, and a funnel and cap. AquaSorb CX-MCA catalytic activated carbon is designed for removal of chloramines, hydrogen sulfide, taste, odor, chlorine, and low molecular weight organic compounds and chlorinated by-products such as chloroform and other trihalomethanes.
