About This Product
These push-to-connect stop valves provide a quick way to connect to PEX, copper, CPVC, or PE-RT stub-outs to control and shut off water flow to fixtures or appliances. The updated design includes a stainless-steel collet retainer for added strength and durability. The re-engineered body allows easier pipe insertion with less force and does not require a PEX tube liner. A single-lever, quarter-turn handle offers fast on/off control, especially in tight spaces. Installation requires no soldering, clamps, unions, glue, or special tools. After the pipe is inserted, stainless-steel teeth grip the pipe while an O-ring creates a watertight seal. The valve can be rotated after installation for alignment, and it can be removed quickly with a disconnect tool for replacement or reuse.
